Cinnamon Raisin Oatmeal: Cook Irish Steel Oats, they are packed with tons of nutrients, but feel free to use your favorite oats. Mix 1 cup of oats with 1/4 cup of organic raisins, 1 tbsp organic almond butter, a pinch of cinnamon.

Fruity Yogurt: Mix organic plain Greek yogurt with pineapple chunks (or any fruit chunks) & organic almond butter.

Scrambled eggs: Add cheese and veggies

Oatmeal Blueberry Applesauce Muffins: When I make this recipe for my little one, I use buckwheat flour and omit the sugar.

Berry Berry Smoothie: Cup of organic berries (whatever kind you have), organic plain Greek yogurt, ½ cup of organic Kale or Spinach, ½ cup organic coconut (or almond or cow) milk

Funky Monkey Smoothie: Banana, tbsp organic almond butter, organic plain Greek yogurt, pinch of cinnamon, ½ cup organic coconut (or almond or cow) milk

Depending on the age of your child and their appetite they may enjoy more than one of these items for breakfast. My daughter will have a smoothie, cup of oatmeal and a whole banana for one breakfast.


Lunch Or Dinner

Tortilla & Hummus: Spread organic hummus on small pieces of tortilla

Healthy Egg Salad: Mash 6 organic hard-boiled eggs, stir in ¼ cup of organic hummus and ¼ cup of organic plain Greek yogurt

Mac and Cheese: Organic cooked rice pasta, organic shredded cheese and organic coconut milk- mix together

Spaghetti: Fabulous “Sketti” recipe from a friend’s blog.

Broccoli Cheese Casserole: Another great recipe I found.

Chicken Nuggets: Cut chicken breast into bite sizes, dip in raw egg, dip in panko breadcrumbs, place on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 350

Easy Finger Foods

Make sure to cook veggies and chop all foods into small bite sizes for baby.

Veggies: peas, broccoli, corn, carrots, asparagus, squash, roasted potatoes, celery, green beans, cucumber, zucchini,
