We’ve been eating a lot of eggs, yogurt and oatmeal for breakfast but here’s a yummy recipe we have recently tried. They look hard but they’re NOT, and they’re very yummy!
I try to make large portions of dinner so we have leftovers to eat for lunch. But here’s a recipe I made a ton of these and froze. They have been great for those days where you either have no groceries OR you wake up with no time to make your hubby’s lunch before he runs off to work. I’ve thrown them in his lunch box frozen and they’re thawed by the time he eats. They’re really yummy too.
Another great lunch item, even if you’re packing your lunch.
This crock-pot meal is for a busy night.
*We substitute sour cream with PLAIN GREEK YOGURT.

This is a wonderful have-people-over-for dinner-because-it-looks-so-fancy” kind of meal. This meal goes great with brown rice and this delicious french bread.
